2-day workshop (4hours per day including 1 hour for lunch) 10am-3pm.

Our CMYK course is held over 2 days and is designed for participants with little or no experience of the process. Over the course of the 2 sessions we will introduce students to CMYK screen printing. This workshop is ideal for photographers or anyone interested in photographic printing to produce photographs using an alternative process. Participants will email a full colour photograph one week before the start of the course so your positive films are ready when you arrive.

Starting with a brief intro on the history of the process, we will delve into our Goose Studio print collection taking a closer look at some of the versatile results achieved for inspiration. You will learn how to split an image into 4 channels (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) on photoshop and convert these to halftone dots ready for printing. We will then guide you through the practical skills required to produce a four colour A3 sized CMYK screen print onto paper. Each participant will leave with an edition of 8x A3 prints.

Our class sizes are kept small at Goose Studio so you get the most out of your tutor - book early to avoid disappointment

We use water-based inks and all materials will be provided.

• We have a 7 Day cancellation policy (No course transfer option if cancelled in the 7 days prior to course starting unless someone replaces you)

• Because the groups are so small, we do not offer a refund only a transfer to another day.

• If cancelled in advance you can only re-schedule your course once within a 6 month period, after that you will have to pay again.

• Gift Vouchers expire within 6 months of issue.
